In accordance with this aim, our main profile is that of providing a premium-quality translation service between the major European languages (English, French, German, Italian and Spanish), Hungarian and Romanian. Within this area of competency we accept translation orders from any language to any other language. At present we are in the process of building up the network, which, in an expected interval of one year, will permit the inclusion of other East-Central European languages, such as Czech, Slovakian, Polish, Serbian, Croatian and Bulgarian.

Our certified translators are all native speakers of the target languages; moreover, each one specialises in one or several fields, such as Engineering, Information Technology, Medicine, Law, Business, Commerce and Marketing, Social Sciences and Humanities, European Studies and EU-Related Documentations. We provide reliable premium-quality work and are looking for long-term business contacts. It is in accordance with this aim that we have established our quality assurance system.

Proofreading

Although we work exclusively with professional translators, we consider this alone still insufficient for efficient quality control. This is why every text produced by our office is immediately submitted for proofreading. The proofreading itself does not entail any extra cost for our customers. This task is assigned to native speakers, each with extensive experience in proofreading and editing. As a result of this work the translation will acquire terminological consistency and professional accuracy.

Besides the standard quality assurance of the translations prepared by our office, we offer our proof-reading services for any material already written in or translated into the languages that fall within our competency; for this kind of service we charge 30-50% of our translation fee. In 2004 the proofreading activity of our office covered one third of the incoming requests.

Interpreting

Our interpreters are qualified professionals, normally holding an MA in Applied Languages. Each of them specialises in one or more of the following fields: Business and Commerce, Marketing, Information Technology, Law, European Studies, Political Sciences, Non-Governmental Organisations, Social Sciences and Humanities. Our office also provides a high-quality simultaneous translation service at workshops, training seminars, national and international conferences. Our interpreters have earned a reputation at numerous international conferences (in Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Greece, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia etc.).

Localization

Our office has extensive experience in both website and software localisations. Creating and maintaining a well-promoted, informative website is one of the most cost-effective ways of ensuring your business's promotion. When expanding your business it is indispensable to have your company's website localised (that is, translated into one or several languages). Compared to the costs of the creation and maintenance of a website, the expenses related to the localisation are extremely economical.

Software localisation is also a very effective way of communicating with your business partners, as well as with your employees. Such a localisation proves to be a powerful tool when internationalising your online training, database maintenance system, business and customs administration, and so on. Our colleagues working on localisation tasks are highly skilled IT specialists and software-developing engineers.

For two years we have been cooperating with Renault, localising, in Hungarian and Romanian, the company's online training modules designed for its personnel. Recently our office started a long-term cooperation with Allen Bradley for the localisation in Hungarian of the company's products.
